Fried Eggs with Bacon and Spinach


  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Slices bacon
  • 2 Cups baby spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. Ghee
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • pepper to taste


  1. In a saute pan, melt butter, add salt and pepper and cook spinach until wilted. Set aside on a plate.
  2. Cook bacon in the same pan until crispy, place on top of bacon.
  3. Cook eggs in the same pan, flipping once until desired doneness.
