Fried Eggs with Sausage and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large link chicken or turkey sausage sliced
  • 1/4 Cup button or mixed mushrooms sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Chives


Directions

  1. In skillet heat butter, sausage and mushrooms until sausage is browned and mushrooms are soft.
  2. Add eggs into the pan, top with chives and cook until eggs are desired doneness.
