MCT Collagen Latte

Skip the Starbucks and start your day off right with a delicious and creamy latte that provides you with long-lasting energy and protein without gut-irritating dairy or added sugar.

Why You’ll Love This Recipe

  • Quick and Easy: This latte comes together in only a matter of minutes with just five ingredients. Faster than any coffee shop drive-thru.
  • Promotes Brain Health: Between the caffeine and antioxidants found in organic coffee and MCT’s ability to protect against neurological issues, you can kiss brain fog goodbye (1, 2).
  • 10 Grams of Collagen Protein: Collagen can help reduce joint pain, increase bone density, fill fine lines and wrinkles, promote heart health, strengthen nails, boost hair growth, and potentially boost muscle mass (3, 4, 5, 6).

Here’s What You Need

  • Frother: To quickly and easily mix together your latte without any clumps.
  • Organic Coffee: To serve as the base of the recipe and give you a boost of antioxidants and caffeine without harmful pesticides.
  • Unsweetened Nut Milk: To give the latte its signature creaminess without any gut-irritating dairy.
  • NativePath MCT Powder: To provide healthy fats and long-lasting energy.
  • NativePath Collagen Peptides: To add additional protein and joint-protecting collagen.
  • Cinnamon: To give the latte the finishing touch of warm cinnamon flavor.
