Fruit and Seeds Power Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup raspberries
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. blueberries
  • 4 tsp. Chia Seeds
  • 4 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 4 Tbsp. Raw almonds chopped

Directions

  1. In a blender, blend almond milk and raspberries with half of chia seeds.
  2. Pour mixture into shallow bowl.
  3. Top the mixture with rows of the bananas, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, almonds, and blueberries.
