Morning Lemon Flush

  • 8 oz Filtered Water
  • 1⁄2 Lemon, freshly squeezed 
  • 1 tsp – 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar (raw, unpasteurized) 
  • Pinch High-Quality Sea Salt


 FILL GLASS with water.

  1. ADD FRESHLY squeezed lemon juice, ACV, and sea salt. Stir and enjoy it!
