Caveman Caesar Dressing


Healthy fats from olive oil have been shown to reduce inflammation and acetic acid in red wine vinegar has properties from reducing inflammation to lowering blood sugar and blood clot prevention.

Serves: 16 - 2 oz. servings

Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3 anchovies
  • 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 tbs. red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups pure olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients except olive oil and water in blender until smooth.

2 . Slowly add olive oil to blender. Loosen with water to achieve desired consistency.
