Ginger Zest Dressing

Yield: 1 CUP

Ingredients 

  • 1⁄2 Cup Avocado Oil 
  • 2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) 
  • 1 Lime, zested and juiced 
  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut Aminos 
  • 1 Carrot, peeled and cut into chunks  
  • 2 Tbsp. shallot or red onion, diced 
  • 1 Tsp. Ginger, grated 
  • 1 Clove garlic 
  • 1⁄2 Tsp. turmeric 
  • 1⁄4–1⁄2 Tsp. salt 

Directions 

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

  2. Add a  little water if you want to thin it out.

     3. Store in a mason jar and refrigerate.
