Apple Nut Porridge

Apple Nut Porridge

Serves 1-2 

Cook time: 10 Minutes 

Ingredients

  • 1 apple cored & coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup brazil nuts
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a highpowered blender. Pulse slowly to maintain a chunky consistency.

2. Once desired consistency is reached, pour contents into a small saucepan and warm. We aren’t cooking the mixture but just warming it up, so use your finger to check if it’s warm enough. Serve with sprinkled cinnamon on top!
