3 way neck stretch (3-5 reps)

5 thoracic extensions

10 thoracic twist

5 shoulder rows

5 shoulder throws

5 shoulder circles L/R

5 wrist circles

5 prayer sketch w/hands

5 finger reach

5 rag dolls

5 hip twist

5 knee twist

5 ankle circles R/L


2 min yogi shuffle
