10 standing thoracic rotation

30 sec wall pec stretch

WORKOUT

3 rounds of:

45 sec wall sit w/load

10 crucifix stretches

10 wall angels

10 running man reverse lunges

+

COOL DOWN

3 rounds of:

5 shoulder rows

10 spinal twist

+

10 breaths
