    I did not realize that I could ingest that much collagen and am eager to try tripling my daily “dose” by putting it in smoothies etc. I am struggling to put on weight and to strengthen my body since Covid. I’m 86. Thank you!

    I’m 83 and have long term Covid . I want to read about your products. I really want to be me again.. I have a walker, new car I can’t drive, weak and shakey. I have been like this since last Nov. I have been told it could take 1-2 years to get over this. I don’t have that much time.
